Gizmo
We adopted Gizmo from our local shelter when he was just 6 weeks old after receiving a call from a friend at the shelter that they had a pit bull who needed a special home. Someone dropped him off with his jaw broken in 2 places (from blunt force trauma, according to the vet). He was so little and full of life. Whoever had broken his jaw was not able to break his spirit. He is the light of our lives and loves everyone he meets. And EVERYONE loves the fact that his tongue always hangs out of his mouth. Something that caused him such pain and a rough start in life has turned out to be his most endearing quality!
