SHIPPING and PAYMENTS
Q When will you ship my order?
A If you pre-ordered any of our products in our official store you will receive them in September, 2011. Thank you for your vote of confidence! For all regular orders placed after the pre-order opportunity, your product will ship within 3 business days from when the order was received. Please add an additional 2 – 5 business days for delivery by the US Postal Service.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
A We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept certified checks or cash. Currently our products are only available online and you must have a valid credit card and address in order to complete the check out process.
Q Can I pay through my PayPal account?
A Sorry, we do not accept payments through PayPal at this time. You will need a valid credit card in order to process your order.
Q What shipping options are available?
A We currently ship via the US Postal Service via First Class Mail for US, Canada, and international orders.
Q Do you accept international orders outside of the USA?
A Yes, we do accept international orders with a flat shipping rate added when you check out.
Q How secure is my online order?
A Your privacy is important to us; our official store operates with a secure certificate. We do not share your address or related information with any third party.
Q Where is my calendar and how can I track my order?
A You will receive a confirmation email after your order is processed. This email will include information regarding your order status. If you did not receive an email please send an email to theunexpectedpitbull@ffiweb.com.
Q What if there is a problem with my order, who do I contact?
A Please send an email to theunexpectedpitbull@ffiweb.com with details about your inquiry. You should get a response within 1 – 3 business days.
Q Where do you apply the proceeds from my purchase?

Q I have a promotional code. Where do I put this information in to get the discount off my order?
A Promotional codes should be entered in the Coupon Code box.
Q How do you choose featured products other than the calendar? Do you take submissions?
A Currently we are not accepting submissions for featured products.
Q What is your return policy?
A We truly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order please contact us at theunexpectedpitbull@ffiweb.com and we’ll work with you to solve the issue.
Q Why is your official store a different link from your website?
A Our official store is hosted with Fulco Fulfillment Inc. (FFI) who handles our online shopping cart and warehouse services.

Q Why is your CafePress store different from your Official Store?
A Our CafePress store offers print on demand products such as tee-shirts, mugs and more. We currently do not have these products in our official store and have elected to use CafePress for some of our product needs.

Q What does The Unexpected Pit Bull do exactly?
A THE UNEXPECTED PIT BULL is a not-for-profit organization. We create, market, and sell merchandise celebrating pit bull dogs, then donate 100% of our net profits to similarly committed charities across North America.
Q What is HeARTs Speak?
A Beginning this year, 2012, our calendar is collaborating with HeARTs Speak, an organization made up of an international community of artists working to improve the lives of animals in need. Their members have contributed the photographs that grace our calendar pages this year, creating an energy we’re certain you will love.
HeARTs Speak's mission: to unite the individual efforts of animal artists & animal rescues into collective action for social change.

Q How do I submit my photos to The Unexpected Pit Bull calendar?
A We are currently not accepting submissions. We are in the process of working on our submission guidelines and policies for the next upcoming calendar. We will be announcing this in 2012.
Q How does an organization become an official affiliate and/or sponsor?
A We are currently working on our application process for sponsors and affiliates for the 2013 calendar year. We'll be making an official announcement in the near future with details and guidelines.
Q I want to make a donation to your cause, how do I do this?
A A Thank you! Please make your donations directly to one of our affiliates listed on our About Us page. You can also purchase our products. The proceeds are donated to the listed organizations.
